Short version: we only collect what you send us, we only use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Picket Digital (“we”, “us”) builds, hosts and maintains websites for fence and deck companies in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You can reach us at hello@picketdigital.com.
What our contact form collects
When you request a free website draft, you give us:
- Your name and company name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your city
- Your current website or Facebook link (optional)
- Anything you add in the message box (optional)
If you email or call us directly, we’ll have whatever you share in that email or call.
How we use it
Only to respond to you: to ask follow-up questions, build and send your free draft, and talk with you about your website. We won’t add you to a mailing list without asking first.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, rent or trade your information.
- We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
- This site doesn’t set cookies.
Who else handles it
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a form service that receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to work with you and for normal business records. Ask us any time and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
Want to see, correct or delete what we have? Email hello@picketdigital.com and we’ll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
